This model retains all core automatic functions while significantly reducing its footprint in both width and depth, allowing it to be installed in narrow aisles, corner spaces, or between existing equipment lines right next to the extruder.

Despite its compact size, the machine is fully equipped with automatic film wrapping, tilt‑and‑unload, automatic core loading, constant tension control, and electronic layer‑by‑layer traversing. Multiple units can be arranged side‑by‑side to support 1‑out‑of‑6 or 1‑out‑of‑8 production layouts. The space‑saving design not only frees up factory floor area but also shortens operator walking distances and improves workplace safety. For new plants or retrofit projects, this model eliminates the need for building expansion while achieving fully automated winding.
