Product Overview
This extrusion line is professionally designed for high-efficiency production of PP strapping tape, with a maximum output of up to 200 kg/h, stable performance and high automation. It adopts a dual-extrusion co-extrusion system (100mm & 70mm high-strength nitriding steel screws, L/D 30:1), matched with continuous hydraulic screen changers and precision gear metering pumps, to achieve uniform plasticization, stable extrusion and precise melt control.
The full-line configuration includes automatic feeding & gravimetric mixing system, multi-stage temperature-controlled stretching oven, precision embossing, printing, shaping and cooling units, equipped with high-precision temperature control (±1°C) and synchronous drive control system, ensuring the strapping tape with uniform thickness (0.4-1.2mm), stable width (5-15mm), excellent mechanical strength and surface quality.
The whole line adopts fully computerized control system, supporting recipe management, online monitoring, fault diagnosis and remote assistance; with standardized electrical configuration (3*380V, 60Hz), high-quality brand components, safe and reliable operation. The line features compact structure, smooth operation, low energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance, which can meet the mass and stable production requirements of high-quality PP strapping tape.
